@mikestaub interesting! Sharing a plan in Arrange is super easy, you can invite a collaborator via email or link, and when they receive it they'll be able to add everything to their calendar with one tap or click. Have you come across any social calendar apps where user availability is broadly shared? It's such an intimate space for most people, I don't think I've encountered one but curious what I might be missing.

@bfmuir I have only seen broad sharing in an enterprise setting. For communities, it is very common however. https://www.hivecalendar.com/ is one example.
The copilot angle is interesting because it brings planning closer to the moment a decision is made, instead of forcing people to translate everything into calendar mechanics themselves. That gap is even more visible in family life, where one person often holds the plan in their head and everyone else sees it too late.
We are building Shareday around shared family routines, so I am curious: what kinds of plans does Arrange handle best today when there are multiple people involved and priorities change during the week?
