Thanks a lot for the interest from the Google Play developer community. I really appreciate all the insights and perspectives shared here - it’s great to see how others approach the same problem.

If anyone is curious, I’ve recorded a short video showing how the service works in practice. Feel free to take a look and see if it matches your workflow.

Thanks again for the discussion and feedback.

Review replies are one of those things that clearly matter for ratings and trust, but they don’t scale at all once an app starts growing. I especially like that you focused on tone and custom instructions so replies actually sound like the developer instead of generic AI fluff — that’s where most tools fall down. Building it out of a real pain you were personally living through shows, and it feels very thoughtfully scoped for serious indie devs. Congrats on the launch, and nice work turning a grind into something genuinely useful.

@tyler_wriston1 Thanks a lot for noticing my tool and for taking the time to leave a comment - I really appreciate it.

In my own apps, I use a few simple tricks to get consistent reviews. The most basic one is using Google’s in-app review API at the right moments. Thanks to that (and a few other small “hacks”), two of my apps get around 10 reviews per day without doing anything aggressive.

The real problem starts when I launch UA campaigns. Reviews spike fast, and I still want to reply to every comment. That’s where things break, answering manually just doesn’t scale anymore.

What I find interesting is that many apps with over a million downloads still have very “organic/random” reviews and almost no developer replies. They could get the volume, but there’s no real conversation with users. In my experience, that’s a missed opportunity, because public replies really do influence trust, ratings, and how the app is perceived.

That’s exactly the gap I was trying to solve.
