Anywhere easily allows me to add any fields I require, store documents for each asset within a board and set alerts for status changes (for example service & expiry dates). Automating these alerts to show within the system and sent out as emails, is a great way of overseeing the business. I can also easily add clients to my boards and sub boards, to give them visibility of work being completed. It will be interesting to see how this product evolves, as future content is added. Keep up the good work!
