How do you find files on your Mac today?

Hi everyone — I'm the maker of AnySearch Pro, an on-device file search app for Mac.

Before launch I'd like to learn how people actually look for files. Do you rely on Spotlight, Finder search, a terminal, or just remember folder paths? Where does it break down for you — too many unrelated results, slow updates after a file changes, or no good way to filter by size or date?
