@jakecrump my biggest takeaway would have to be the need for rapid flexibility within the business plan. If things turn on your initial revenue source, you've got to be able to pivot quickly.
@jakecrump great question, I think my biggest takeaway is the danger of significant platform dependence. Soshi were solely relying on favourable social media algorithms. Therefore, when this changed, regardless of the product, the business was not really viable! So great to have cliff on the show!
