This is a bittersweet recommendation, because one of the hosts (Parks and Recreation writer Harris Wittels) recently died of a drug overdose. bBut I feel as though, in a way, this podcast is a perfect distillation of what made Harris Wittels so unique and hilarious. The premise is that Harris Wittels, an avowed fan of the band Phish, tries to get his co-host, Comedy Bang Bang's Scott Aukerman, to like them as well. Listening to these guys riff, no matter how dumb the riffing gets, is so enjoyable. You can finish the entire series run in a single day.
