Hi everyone 👋 This is my first time launching on Product Hunt, so forgive me if this isn’t as polished as other launches. I’m an older indie maker who’s still figuring this platform out, but I care deeply about what I’ve built and I’d love your thoughts. I created Alto because small positive habits completely changed my life. For years I struggled with my mental health and felt stuck, until I discovered positive psychology and started applying it in daily life. The difference was immediate, and it gave me the drive to make this more accessible for others. What makes Alto different from other habit apps is: - It separates daily, weekly, and monthly habits — because true well-being isn’t built around daily streaks alone. - It’s grounded in modern positive psychology, not just productivity hacks. - It focuses on habits across all the key pillars of well-being, not just a single area. I’m proud that Alto feels simple to use but is based on solid science. It makes it super easy for anyone to build really meaningful habits that make a real difference. My hope is that it helps people feel calmer, stronger, and more intentional in their daily lives. I’d be really grateful for any feedback, questions, or support. I’ve decided to launch it with no paywall. That means anyone who downloads it now will get the full app free, forever. It will remain free in the Apple App Store until next Friday.
