Hi, I’m Alan. For much of my life I struggled with my mental health and felt stuck with who I’d become. Things changed when I discovered positive psychology and the power of small daily habits. Even tiny shifts made me feel better almost immediately, and over time they led to real transformation. Since then, I’ve been on a mission to make mental fitness more accessible. I build simple, practical apps that use proven psychology to help people build habits without the fluff. My latest project is Alto, a positive habits app designed to guide people toward a more balanced and intentional life. My goal is to keep creating tools that make life easier, healthier, and more meaningful for those who don’t connect with the usual “self-help” vibe.
