Entering OTPs to log into apps has always been a hassle. Normally, we use Google Sign-in but that is not always an option, especially in cases where we need the phone number of the user. With over 2 billion active users on WhatsApp, just like ‘Signup with Google’, ‘Signup with WhatsApp’ will become the go-to process for signing up. It is just way too easy. Your users will sign up with just 4 clicks, there will be no need to add the entire phone number and then the OTPs. Reducing the amount of time it takes to signup will drastically decrease drop-offs. Not just easy to use but it is also easy to integrate and cost-effective. The cost of one message with Alt Pass is USD 0.013, which is a fraction of the average USD 0.06 price charged by international SMS service providers (like Twilio). We successfully tested Alt Pass on two of our products and observed that the success rate increased significantly. Hey Simon! Sorry for the confusion, that's a great question. The $0.013 pricing is set if you simply purchase the documentation from us, set it up, and use the product by yourself, then Whatsapp will charge you $0.013 per SMS. If you wish for us to keep working with you on a monthly basis to help in setting up, operating, and providing full support for the product, then the pricing is set at $0.025 per message.
