Congrats launch! Amazing Product~

Thank you very much,ย ๐Ÿงก

@Wenddy Dias good to hear, the test-before-production step is really the part that matters most to me. guardrails are only as good as someone remembering to configure them, a dry run catches the stuff nobody thought to guard against

ย Thanks for the thoughtful feedback! ๐Ÿ˜Š

Brilliant release. Copilot is incredibly helpful!

Thanks, ! We're thrilled to hear that you're enjoying Copilot!

Onwards and upwards, Albato! Cheering for you today!

ย Thank you for the encouragement and support! It truly means a lot to us!

This is a pivotal moment for Albato! Finally, automations are truly AI-powered. Awesome job, team!

ย Yeah! It's really exciting to see this milestone come to life.

1,000+ integrations is no joke to maintain. What's been harder โ€” keeping the connectors from breaking, or getting non-technical users to trust an AI to wire the workflow itself? Nice launch.

Thanks, ย ! I'd say maintaining the integrations is actually the easier part. The bigger challenge is making AI reliable enough to build and modify workflows while giving users confidence and control. That's why we designed Albato Copilot to work collaboratively with users, so they can review, refine, and stay in charge of every automation.

Connection by Link is the feature that actually matters for agencies โ€” most tools still make you screen-share just to grab a clientโ€™s credentials. Concrete question: when a client connects through the link, do the tokens live in their own sub-account or in my workspace, and if they revoke access later do the automations fail cleanly or silently break mid-run? Trying to gauge how this holds up when Iโ€™m running workflows on behalf of a dozen clients at once.

ย Thanks for the question!

At the moment, since we don't have sub-accounts available yet (the Teams feature is coming soon), the connection is stored in the Albato account that generated the Connection by Link request. However, the client's credentials and tokens are never visible to you.

If the client later changes their account password, revokes access, or removes the API key used for the connection, the automation will fail with a connection error rather than silently breaking. You'll be notified by email, as well as through any additional notification channels you've configured in our Notification Center.

Really helpful, thanks โ€” 'fails with a connection error + email notification' rather than silently breaking is exactly the behavior I needed. One follow-up while Teams/sub-accounts are still in the pipeline: with everything living in a single Albato account, can I segment or label connections per client so a dozen clients' automations stay isolated, and does the failure notification tell me which client's connection dropped? Otherwise one revoked token could get lost in the noise at scale.

Yes, ย ! The recommended approach is to create a dedicated Space for each client within your Albato account. This keeps each client's automations, connections, and analytics isolated, making it easy to manage multiple customers from a single account.

For notifications, each user can configure them per Spaceโ€”you can receive alerts for all automations in a Space, only the ones you created, or disable notifications for that Space altogether.

Since each client has its own Space, failure notifications indicate which Space the issue occurred in, making it clear which client's automation or connection requires attention.

Been using Albato for the past few years - I got it as an LTD (man that was a relief seeing how every other tool out there was too expensive). Not only the team has one of the best response and ticket solution rate, but the the options to automate workflows is pretty unique too.

ย Thanks for your support and for being with Albato for so long! We're happy to hear you've had a great experience with both our support team and the platform. We really appreciate your feedback!

Love to see it ๐Ÿ˜ Huge respect to everyone at Albato, you keep raising the bar. Onwards ๐Ÿš€

ย Thank you so much! ๐Ÿ™

Congrats on the launch! ๐ŸŽ‰ The Copilot is exactly the kind of thing that saves hours. Awesome work team!
