What's the one question your product stack can't answer?

I'm Bogdan — building AIOProductOS, launching here Aug 2. Before then, I want to hear how other product folks actually live with this.

Here's the pattern I keep seeing: the customer's words live in a support tool, the revenue in billing, the work in a tracker, the code in version control — four tools, none of them talking. So the two questions that matter most — what should we build next? and did the last thing we shipped actually work? — get answered by whoever argues loudest, not by the data.

I've become a little obsessed with the version of this that sounds simple but nobody's stack can answer cleanly. Mine is: "which of my paying customers are blocked on a feature we haven't shipped yet?" Every piece of that lives in a different tool, so answering it is a manual afternoon instead of a query.

So — what's yours? What's the question you should be able to answer about your product in ten seconds, but can't because the data's scattered across tools that don't connect?
