What if your projects could speak louder than your resume?

What if your projects could speak louder than your resume?
As developers, we build all kinds of things: personal projects, experiments, hackathon projects, client work, and sometimes projects just for the fun of learning something new.
But getting those projects in front of the right people can be surprisingly difficult.
I’m building AigoreTech around a simple idea: what you build should be part of your identity as a developer.
I’d love to hear from other developers and recruiters:
When you discover a developer, what makes you interested in their work?
Is it their projects, GitHub, technical writing, experience, or something else?
I’m especially interested in hearing from junior and self-taught developers who are trying to get their work noticed.
