I'm the maker of AI Local Recorder. 👋 In this AI era, I started wondering — why does every AI recorder still need the cloud? Uploading audio. Waiting. Privacy risks. No signal, no transcription.  So I asked myself — why can't AI run locally on my phone?  Turns out it can. Modern iPhones are incredibly powerful. We just needed to optimize the models to run in real-time. Three things I'm proud of:  ⚡️ It transcribes instantly — no "processing" spinner, no waiting for cloud servers 🔐 Zero data leaves your device — even Apple never sees your recordings 💬 You can chat with transcripts — "What were the three deadlines discussed?" AI finds the answer in seconds  The trade-off? The AI model is slightly smaller than GPT-4. But for transcription and Q&A on meetings/interviews/lectures? Works beautifully.
