Get things done with no hassle. Time is money.

I'm the one-person team behind AI Prompt Manager, which lives at as both a Chrome extension and a web workspace.

This whole thing started as a fix to my own mess. I was using AI constantly — for writing, coding, research, translations — but my prompts were scattered across notes, docs, old chat tabs, and plain memory. Every time I found a prompt that actually worked, I'd use it a few times and then forget where I put it. So I built a small side tool just to keep the good ones in one place.

A few people I shared it with started depending on it. Then they shared it. Then they asked why it wasn't easier to install. That's how a personal hack slowly turned into something I now ship on the Chrome Web Store.

The thing that kept sticking with me:

Most of us are treating AI conversations as throwaway. But the right prompt is an asset. Refining one can take real time, and once it works, you want it again and again.

AI Prompt Manager is built around that simple shift: save what works, organize it, and drop it into any chat instantly.

  What it actually does:

  - One-click export of AI chats and prompt library inside your browser

  - Tags and folders so prompts don't turn into a dump

  - Lifetime license for just 12 USD, free tier included, no recurring billing

  - Minimal extension that doesn't slow down your browser

I've been building, breaking, and rebuilding this solo, mostly by listening to people who actually use it every day. There's no marketing team, no investor deck, just a tool I needed and decided to make solid enough for others.

I'd really love your honest feedback on one question:

When you find a prompt that works, do you actually have a reliable way to reuse it later? If not, what's stopping you?
