Ahem! Unmissable Meeting Reminders - Full screen reminders for ADHD, time-blind & focused brains

Most calendar apps assume you'll glance at them. Ahem! assumes you won't. On Mac and Windows, full-screen reminders interrupt deep focus, and one hotkey reveals your day. On iPhone, live countdowns, Lock Screen reminders and Dynamic Island nudges keep your next meeting in sight. Built for ADHD, time blindness and deep focus. Works with Google, Outlook and iCloud calendars. Available in 17 languages. Pay once per app, no subscription.

Hey Product Hunt, I’m Bill. I’m a game designer, and I built Ahem! for my wife and me. She has ADD and easily loses track of time between notifications. I get deep into economy design in spreadsheets and editor work, headphones on, music blasting. A meeting reminder barely registers. I build game systems and economies. Apparently I also needed to build something that tells me to stop. That became Ahem! On Mac and Windows, it puts a full-screen reminder in front of your work before a meeting, with a button to join. One hotkey also brings up your whole-day timeline for those “wait, what am I supposed to be doing?” moments. I work remotely and do the daily school runs too, so I also made an iOS version for when I’m on the go. It keeps your next meeting in sight with live countdowns on your Lock Screen and in Dynamic Island, plus widgets and little attention-grabbing nudges. Because sometimes the computer is reminding you perfectly well, and you’re somewhere else entirely. I was pretty firm about keeping this a no-nonsense app. No subscriptions, no add-ons. Desktop and iOS are separate, affordable one-time purchases. No tracking or analytics, and calendar access is read-only. Your data is your business. Ahem! is the product, not you. It started as a fix for the two of us, then we got a lot of encouragement to release it for others. I’d love to hear whether it fits the way your attention works, too. What usually happens between “my meeting is in five minutes” and “oh no”? I’m here all day for questions and feedback.

This is super useful!

I can relate to seeing notifications on the top right corner with my peripheral vision and "auto-ignoring" them when I'm in the zone.

Congrats on the launch!

Glad you think so! If you happen to give it a try, please share any feedback! There's a lauch discount code on the page above, that gives a little extra off on the .

Congrats, Bill! The full-screen reminder with a join button feels like a very practical answer to a notification that's too easy to miss. Nice to see it grew out of something you needed yourselves.

Thanks, that's very kind! It's been a fun adventure working on something beyond Gaming, and the early enthusiasm around it really helped shape it into an actual product.

A note on the join button: I recently added an Enter press to join call hotkey, which made it super fluid (I just get to slap enter when the overlay appears to hop in the call!)
