AgenticSaaS - The first SaaS Starter Kit Designed From The Ground Up For Agents To Use & Expand

I'm delighted to share with all of you today a starter kit I originally started developing for my own projects back in 2024, when I settled on what was for me –and still is– the best stack in existence for a SaaS product: SvelteKit + Cloudflare Workers + D1 + R2 + Drizzle + shadcn-svelte.

Everybody seems to be using NextJS + Vercel + Supabase these days, specially new indie hackers and vibe coders, since they don't know better! Many of these options become really expensive as you scale, are suboptimal, or only allow you to host one project for free.

Cloudflare doesn't have any of these problems! They platforms is amazing –they services power a huge chunk of the Internet, something like 40%– and they free tier is super generous, so you can host dozens of apps and websites without ever paying a dime. Or upgrade to their $5 a month plan for extra capacity (YES, that's not a typo, it really is FIVE dollars!)

But the stack is just a part of the equation (A very important one! I spent probably 2 years testing different modern stacks until I settled on this one!) –nowadays what you need is a codebase your favorite coding agent can work with!

So I took my original SaaS starter that I built to launch may last SaaS and rewrote it from scratch with one goal in mind: I never want to have to read the docs, review code, or have to deploy my app to production myself!

So if you're a vibecoder, this is what you've been looking for: a solid SaaS infrastructure where all the difficult technical decisions were already made for you not by the whims of your coding agent today, but by a professional senior engineer that have been building app the hard way for more than a decade... but don't want to do it that way anymore!

And if you're an engineer yourself, I'm sure you'll appreciate even more the hundreds of big and the small decisions that became AgenticSaaS.

The goal is simple: download the codebase and unzip it into a folder, give it to Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, Open Code or whatever coding agent you prefer, and he's instantaneously know what to do!

All you have to do now is ask the agent to add the feature your new SaaS is going to be about, and let it cook.

AgenticSaaS is like a harness specifically designed to keep coding agents on track, create features like software engineers do, test them, and when you're happy with the results, deploy directly to your free Cloudflare account.

This is version 1.0.0 is there is a LOT that comes out of the box with it: user accounts, payments (including sophisticated stuff all AI apps need in order to not go broke, like metered usage and credits packs!), full admin dashboard, 3 professional themes (and instructions for your agent to create unlimited more) and much more.

Also, next week I'll be doing a free live training to show you how to use this Ferrari... but really, there is not much to it. And that's the point!

You don't need pile of instructions or boring docs to read and commands to run when your coding agent KNOW EXACTLY HOW TO OPERATE THE CODEBASE AND EXPAND IT INTO ANY WEB APP YOU CAN DREAM OF.
