Hey Product Hunt 👋 I built agencykit after spending too many weeks watching my agency team rewrite the same 8 workflows from scratch. The one I'm most proud of: the client-approval skill tracks revision count mid-conversation (prompt-side, no backend) and automatically flags revision 3+ as billable extra — because most agency contracts have this rule but nobody actually enforces it. Install in one command: npx agencykit install Works with Claude Code, Codex CLI, Cursor, Gemini CLI. MIT, open source, bilingual EN + IT. Happy to answer anything — especially if you work at an agency and something doesn't match how you actually work. That feedback is gold.

The agency focus is great, but a way to plug in client-specific tone or brand voice into the report and brief templates would be huge. Maybe a simple config file or folder where you drop in a few past examples and the skill references them so the output sounds like your agency, not a generic template.

 This is already in — just shipped it. Each skill now picks up a

file if you drop one in .claude/skills/[skill-name]/

(or a shared .claude/brand/ folder for global client context).

Past examples, tone notes, forbidden phrases, whatever you put there

gets referenced automatically in briefs and reports.

The config file approach you described is basically exactly how

it works. If you try it and the output still sounds generic,

drop a note — it might need more examples in the file.
