What stopped you from launching an affiliate program for your SaaS?

I’m launching AffiSpark on March 10, 2026, but before that I want honest answers from founders.

I built it because affiliate software for small SaaS often feels too bloated, too slow to set up, or too annoying to maintain.

But I don’t want to assume I understand the real blocker.

If you run a SaaS and still haven’t launched an affiliate program, what stopped you?

Setup time?

Attribution?

Payouts?

Not enough users yet?

Something else?

I’d rather hear the blunt truth than polite feedback.
