Day 33 building AffiSpark

I think founders often blame effort when the real problem is unclear effort.

Users can handle setup, pricing, and friction much better once they can clearly picture the work and the payoff.

That has been a useful lesson for me with AffiSpark.

The paid plan did not become easier because I removed the ask.

It became easier once the public preview made the workflow visible first.

The walkthrough flow did not improve because I made the CTA louder.

It improved because the next step became finishable and legible in-browser.

I think a lot of product friction is really uncertainty wrapped around the work.

When users cannot picture what happens next, even small asks feel heavy.

My current rule: before I call a step “too much effort,” I ask whether the effort is just too unclear.

Founders: what part of your product got easier once users could clearly picture the work and payoff before starting?
