Day 21 building AffiSpark
Over the last few days I kept sharpening lessons into clearer sentences.
Today I think the next step is this: if the insight changes nothing, it is still just a thought.
A sentence can sound smart and still have zero operating value.
The lesson only starts paying rent when it changes a rule.
“Paid entry is not blind entry” became useful once it changed the rule to: show pricing early, but give people a preview before payment.
“Conversion weakness is not one problem” became useful once it changed the rule to: split pricing, setup, and activation instead of chasing one red number.
I think founders stop too early at “that sounds true.”
My current rule: after every useful insight, ask “what rule changes now?”
Founders: what product insight only became valuable once it turned into a rule?
