Day 15 building AffiSpark

Yesterday's lesson was: ask a smaller question earlier.

Today's lesson is: ask the right question for the right stage.

A generic feedback question creates generic feedback.

Pricing hesitation, setup friction, and activation failure are different problems.

But founders often ask all three users the same thing: “Any feedback?”

That gives you vague answers and more guessing after the fact.

So I added stage-aware anonymous prompts tied to the exact hesitation point.

My current rule: if two users are stuck at different steps, they should not get the same feedback question.

Founders: what changed once you stopped asking everyone the same feedback question?
