We built AdmitCue after seeing how fragmented and outdated admissions systems still are across many institutions. Student enquiries were scattered across emails, WhatsApp, spreadsheets, CRMs, and manual workflows, creating delays, poor visibility, and lost applications. At the same time, student discovery behavior was changing rapidly with AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity influencing how students search for programs. Our goal was to create a student-centric, institution-owned admissions platform that is not only centralized and operationally efficient, but also AI-ready for the future of higher education recruitment. While building AdmitCue, we focused heavily on structured admissions data, workflow automation, white-label flexibility, and improving the student journey from enquiry to enrollment. The platform evolved from solving operational inefficiencies into helping institutions become discoverable in the AI-driven era of student admissions.
