Hello Product Hunters 👋 This is a small side project I did a few weeks ago to block ads on my iPhone when using mobile data, as DNS servers can only be changed when using Wi-fi. Feel free to ask any questions. This is my first launch, any feedback is welcome.

Question - when I use an ad blocker in Chrome I often get a 'please turn off your ad blocker to access this content' message. Will these also show up / will this content also be blocked when using Ad Pruner?

Hello Erik, unfortunately those will still show up. If you notice on the last screenshot, the Ad Pruner website detects if ads are blocked and any other website can do the same.

So.... NextDNS, but paid, and worse?

Hello Casper, NextDNS does have more features but is also more expensive. Their free tier has limits on the number of DNS queries.
