ActivityPro.io - Chrome Extension - Keep your Slack status green - For remote workers

So quick story time: I'm a remote worker who likes to think they overachieve at my goals at work, but has trouble walking away from the computer because I don't want to appear offline. It's not that I fear my boss or co-workers perception of me, but it's more that I have slight imposter syndrome and want to always appear available. (idk, i have issues man). Anyway- so i searched the reddit to see if there was any type of software that could help keep me online while I'm away from my computer picking up the kids from school or even just going for a walk- and i couldn't find any solutions!! SO...having the engineering brain that i do, I built a solution! It's called activitypro.io It's basically a chrome extension that will simulate your online presence. The only thing you have to do is make sure you are logged into slack, microsoft teams, or discord inside of chrome! Then as long as the extension is toggled on, it will keep you online. I also built in a feature called "schedules" that allow you to schedule your online time so you don't have to worry. Anyways, I built it last week as a side project and i've found that my anxiety about staying online has diminished. The only anxiety I have now is to make sure to turn it off when i go to sleep, but that will automatically happen if you just close your computer lol. Please give it a try, and share your feedback!
