How do you currently capture action items after meetings?

byβ€’

Hey PH community! πŸ‘‹
I just scheduled launch for our new ActFlux, a tool that turns meeting recordings into clear action items, owners, and deadlines in seconds.

While building it, I noticed something interesting:
Everyone has a different system for capturing follow-ups after calls β€” and almost all of them are messy, inconsistent, or time-consuming.

So I’d love to hear from you:

How do you currently handle action items after meetings?

  • Do you take manual notes?

  • Use a recording tool?

  • Assign tasks in another app after the call?

  • Rely on memory (and hope for the best)?

  • Use AI but still end up rewriting everything manually?

And most importantly:

What’s the #1 pain point you face with meeting follow-ups today?

Your feedback helps me understand what workflows people actually use and what gaps exist β€” so I can shape ActFlux into something genuinely useful for founders, teams, agencies, and anyone who wants meetings to turn into execution.

Looking forward to your insights! πŸ™
