ActaNote - The notes app built for Asana users.

by
ActaNote turns messy meeting notes into structured Asana tasks. Capture notes naturally, let Acta AI find actions, owners and due dates, then review everything before syncing approved tasks into Asana. No blind automation. No task spam. Meeting notes in. Tracked work out.

Hi Product Hunt! I am a senior leader in a large, global business. I have had a challenge throughout my 12 year career and I've finally decided to do something about it. Notes – how do I take my own private notes, in meetings, with my own thoughts, ideas .... and turn those into structured actions in Asana? That's hard to achieve. All of these AI meeting recorders fall over for in-person meetings, like your steer-cos, your cross-project meetings, program updates. Most notes apps are also terrible at integration. Nothing works quite how it needs to. So I created ActaNote. I can take all my notes in my own private space and at the end of a meeting, Acta AI will rip out all of the actions, suggest assignees, due dates, projects and details for Asana tasks, you can then quickly review them and ship them to Asana. Leaving every meeting with tasks assigned to people in a structured system. Please give it a try and give me feedback – I am looking to build a great community of enthusiasts who see a notes app as a pre-task management space where knowledge and private ideas turn into structured work!
