A2A Registry - Discover agents before they are in public.

Hey everyone, I built A2A Registry to make it easier for devs working on AI agents (especially using Google’s a2a protocol) to find and share real implementations. Right now, there’s a lot of talk about multi-agent systems, but not enough examples or structure.
