Ask any product, marketing, or growth folks; they would say that pricing and monetisation are the most exciting problem statement to work on and if you are one among them; you would agree with me even without an iota of doubt. Right? Do you know? When I started working on the growth, pricing and monetisation problem at my previous organisation - Internshala (which is India's leading career tech platform); I hardly got any resources to learn about pricing and monetisation. It was scary :( I saw a program on Reforge but it was worth $1500. Hence, I started making notes on my own of my learnings and published them in the form of a blog series. The blogs were read by half a million people. I blitz scale the monetisation and growth at my previous organisation by learning from first principles and that gave me the confidence to convert my learnings and notes into an e-book. And it's here, eventually :) My e-book is divided into 3 parts. The first part covers - 5 pricing strategies, the second part covers 3 pricing models and the final part consists of 5 most common pricing psychology hacks. (Refer cover images to know more) You will also learn interesting case studies like these in my new e-book - ✔ Why is the biggest competition of Grammarly isn’t anyone else but Grammarly itself? ✔ How did LinkedIn and e-bay monetise themselves by using the power of data? ✔ How does booking.com create a scarcity effect? ✔ Why is freemium Spotify's biggest leverage? ✔ Why did Swiggy launch Super at a low price? ✔ Why did Netflix premium pricing fail in India? As India has produced 100+ unicorns in less than a decade; this e-book exclusively covers first hand pricing case studies of India's consumer tech space. If you are a tech/growth/marketing folk located outside of India, this e-book will be a great place to understand the consumer tech space of the world's fastest growing economy.
