4PlayerChess+ - Four player chess with a simple invite link

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Emile, solo dev behind 4PlayerChess+. This started from a pretty dumb frustration. I wanted to play four player chess with three friends on a Saturday night, and just getting the four of us onto the same board turned into a project: accounts to create, lobbies to hunt for each other in, someone stuck on the wrong screen, and by the time we were all seated half the group had lost interest. The game itself is great. Everything around it was in the way So the whole product is built around one question: how fast can four people go from "we should play" to actually playing? Right now the answer is one link. You create a room, pick free-for-all or 2v2, send the link, everyone takes a seat. No install, no account needed to try it The rest is the stuff I kept missing elsewhere: moves validated server side (no illegal moves, no clock tricks), server side clocks you can reconnect to mid-game, every finished game saved for replay, bots and hotseat when nobody is around. What I did not expect: I planned to ship the classic 14x14 cross and call it done. It ended up as 17 boards, from a 5x5 duel to 24x24 arenas for up to 8 armies, because once the engine is generic the boards get addictive to make. It's free.
