As someone who has changed roles in a company, it's incredibly refreshing to see someone go through similar experiences as I did! It can be quite scary and there are higher expectations because you already know who the company is, what they're about, and how they operate, but it's really like starting over. This series has brought back so many memories!! So glad said yes to filming this. Inspiring!

So glad we’re sharing this with the world! Audrey was a top performer in her previous role, so when she wanted to transition into the L&D role I was hiring for, I was more than happy to take her on! Even with knowing the company, there were still things for Audrey to learn as 360Learning rapidly grows. I’m so proud of how far Audrey’s come and cannot wait to watch tomorrow’s finale!
