1and1chat - Customer Support with text, audio, video, screen, file share

I worked on a webRTC application providing audio and video conversation. With the cost inherent in traditional telephony it attracts a cost to talk to customers care service of traditional telephone.Third party services like WhatsApp will require installation. So I developed 1and1chat to enable audio visual communication between customer service agent and the visitor on the cpany website without any installation requirements.
