Putting the social back in social media

Ev Williams, the guy who co-founded Twitter and Medium, is back with Mozi, a new social platform that says “nah” to likes and follower counts. Instead, it’s all about vibing over shared interests and meaningful chats. No metrics, no pressure—just good ol’ human connection (allegedly).
Williams is pitching it as the antidote to social media stress, but let’s be real: will people give up their dopamine fix for something healthier? The internet isn’t exactly known for its restraint.
Our take: Trying to detox social media with no likes or clout metrics? Bold. But let’s see if Mozi can thrive in a world that thrives on the serotonin hit of one more follower or a perfectly timed like.
We asked 34 customers what Viktor does for them. Not one said chatbot.

They kept using words like colleague, coworker, team member. One CEO called it the glue holding their e-commerce business together, which is a lot, but also… you see why. It lives in Slack and plugs into 3,000+ tools, so instead of jumping between tabs, you just ask for the thing. Pull Stripe against HubSpot, check Sentry alerts, spin up a campaign brief, build a landing page, send a report upstairs. It all happens there.
It has already hit top 5 on Product Hunt with 130 comments, is SOC 2 certified, and your data does not train models. One user said it was the first time AI felt like a real coworker, which is either exciting or slightly concerning depending on your week.
How to Ace a Product Demo

Last week, we cohosted an amazing demo night at Shack15 in San Francisco with the GenAI Collective. We had over 250 attendees, over 100 applications for demo slots, and an absolutely stacked final lineup. (See full details here.)
At the end of the night, the audience voted on three prizes: Best Overall (Coval), Best Technology (BAML), and Most Creative (CommonAR). We connected with the founders behind the winning products to hear their thoughts on acing a product demo. Read the article here.
