Essentials for launching a product

A lot of teams prepare the first comment but not the next 10 answers they'll need if people ask at pricing, use cases, competitors or roadmap. Launch day is much easier when the team already knows who answers what. Comment from Farrukh Butt(@farrukh_butt1): I d add one more thing: a simple post-launch follow-up plan. A lot of makers prepare well ... ... actually for? - can I try it without paying? - what is the fastest first use case? - what happens if the output is not good? - what are the limits or tradeoffs? - what would make someone choose this over the familiar alternative
