Why I hit "Cancel" minutes before our launch (and started over from scratch)
... makers! I m Donatien, co-founder of
Meteroid
. I ll be honest: I m quite nervous as we re gearing up for our first PH launch next Thursday (Jan 29th), and the imposter syndrome is hitting hard. We were actually supposed to launch two weeks ago. But at the very last moment (a few minutes before launch), I hit the cancel button. Looking at our launch page, it just didn't feel like us so we trashed ... ... huge, yet the pattern is always the same: powerful features gated behind "talk to sales" banners and 5-figure contracts. Early teams are stuck with rigid, duct-taped systems that can t evolve. We wanted to flip that.

Is usage-based pricing becoming the norm for AI tools?
... capacity subscriptions only EX 100+ seats. However a complete per seat structure is not off the table for future integration. In many situations, our view is that the customer can actually get more value from an established seat structure
