I ll be honest: I m quite nervous as we re gearing up for our first PH launch next Thursday (Jan 29th), and the imposter syndrome is hitting hard.   We were actually supposed to launch two weeks ago. But at the very last moment (a few minutes before launch), I hit the cancel button. Looking at our launch page, it just didn't feel like us so we trashed ... ... huge, yet the pattern is always the same: powerful features gated behind "talk to sales" banners and 5-figure contracts. In many situations, our view is that the customer can actually get more value from an established seat structure vs individual seats, especially while scaling and as demand grows !
