An interactive guide right inside Lumo Studios
... just shipped an interactive guide for
Lumo
Studios and I'm honestly pretty happy with how it turned out. The backstory: a lot of people told us the product clicked for them eventually, but the first session was rough. Too much to figure out, not enough hand-holding. So instead of writing more docs that nobody reads, we built a walkthrough that runs inside the app itself. It basically learns-by-doing. You're in the actual product, it points ... ... judgment). That's it really. If you try it I'd genuinely like to know where it still feels confusing, since that's the stuff we want to fix next. More interactive guides will be pushed onto
