I'm curious to know what are you doing on Product Hunt. What is your purpose?
For me, I have 2 reasons for being here: discovering and launching.
For example, our next launch will be on November 9th. It'll be Threedio, 3D models library.

It's great place to stay on top of tech/software/ai etc., I've found so many great products here and the community is amazing. Also a great place for those in education and academia to find products to integrate into everyday research and work.

PH is a wonderful platform to introduce the one's products and ideas. More or less everyone's goal for being present here is the same. Launch their products and take a good start. By the way, good luck with your launch! I hit the Notify me button. We are also launching by 18th of November.
I'm a designer, and I'm here to discover new tools/products/resources that will save my time!
I'm a PH newbie, so I'm just exploring everything here now, but then...
I can get more information about the tech industry and get to know more friends in the same field.
The community at PH is solid and supportive, feeling free to communicate with others, in comparsion of Reddit, X and others where you can be trolled, shadow banned for wrong IP or smthng else.
I was here to launch our product (LIVE right now) but now looking at the insane value and support the community is providing, I bet I'll be here to stay.

I only just discovered PH a few weeks ago and finding the community super welcoming here.
The main goal is to launch my product and learn from others along the way. I started on my entrepreneurial journey over a decade ago - as a brick & mortar business. This year, I've partnered up with my husband to develop a web book and a web app for value investor community.
