Which libraries/frameworks do you use for styling?

Following the talk The State of CSS given at Google IO 2022, I’m curious which libraries/frameworks the Product Hunt community mostly uses for styling?

We have recently started using Tailwind since we had to move away from Bootstrap. But Vanilla CSS and Sass is still always a constant!
