What were the best and hardest part of being a first time founder?

If you are currently a first time founder, or were one, what are/were some of the best and hard parts ? Would be helpful for other founders to learn from you guys :)

The hardest part for me is the marketing angle, how to attact people, get noticed, etc. It's never been my strong suit. I like making things, always have, but marketing stuff has been a challenge

@gouthamj Yes, that's what I'm working on now. It's like a whole world where I know nothing. Still, I'm checking it out. I came to PH recently for the products - and then discovered the discussions, which are really great. Having a lot of fun reading, learning, and sometimes responding too!

@codemongo Marketing definitely is hard. But the best way would be to experiment with different communities & different platforms atleast in the beginning & double down on what works.
