There are at least 3 components to it: 1 - Basic self-care (nutrition, enough sleep, exercises) 2 - Organized a few full-focus 90-min sessions a day. Shut down all notifications, and hide a mobile phone. 3 - Pick 3 tasks for the day that you MUST finish today (unless priorities change) and don't engage in side hustle until they are done. Pomodoro technique also proves to be handy ;)

A good sound sleep does the work for me. I make sure I move out of my work place for at least 1 hour, helps a lot in recharging !!

Here are some effective techniques I can use to overcome distractions and maintain focus for extended periods of time: -To start the day positively, I avoid using my phone for at least an hour after waking up. -I establish a consistent habit of engaging in at least 30 minutes of daily exercise, which helps me stay focused and energized. -Dedicating 30 minutes each day to meditation allows me to centre myself, enhance my concentration, and improve my overall focus. -Seeking inspiration from motivational or success-oriented videos and content that resonates with me helps keep me motivated and on track. -I prioritize my tasks based on their importance and tackle them in order, focusing on one task at a time to avoid becoming overwhelmed. -Setting personal deadlines adds a sense of urgency and helps me maintain concentration, ensuring that I complete tasks within specific timeframes.
Pomodoro :) The Evergreen formula

I like to break my tasks into smaller, manageable chunks to avoid feeling overwhelmed. Secondly, setting specific goals and deadlines helps me stay on track and maintain a sense of urgency.
I just pretend my phone doesn't exist and that my computer is a time machine that only travels to my deadline. Also, coffee helps. Lots and lots of coffee ☕️

Minimize potential distractions by finding an organized workspace. This includes disabling notifications on your phone, computer, and other devices to avoid interruptions. And avoid multitasking at all costs - focus on one task at a time and give it your full attention!
