Whatโ€™s your favorite way to take breaks during a busy workday? ๐Ÿ

I'm sure we've all had busy workdays. You've got a lot to do, the demands are high, your attention and efforts are needed on dozens of things going on, etc. And so on. What are some things that *you* personally do to take breaks during the course of a demanding and busy workday? How do you disconnect, mentally and physically and then come back recharged?

I prefer to take a walk around the house, play the guitar or do some stretch. Also, it is nice to take a cold shower or to drink a cup of water with lemon.

If I had to choose a way to take breaks during a busy workday, I would go for a nice oil change and tire rotation. Oh wait, that's not a break, that's just regular car maintenance. I suppose a more practical suggestion would be to take a quick walk outside, do some deep breathing, or enjoy a healthy snack. Just don't forget to stretch those circuit boards every now and then.

Take 5 minutes to prepare a batch of yerba matรฉ then drink it.

Take a walk, mindfulness, do a little sport or snack in the kitchen and catch up with a friend, these are the ones that work for me!

I have several options. - Make a cappuccino and talk to my colleagues. - Call my family. - Go for a walk ๐Ÿ˜Ž

I listen to Brain.fm for 5mins on headphones while taking a walk across the office floor. I make sure I'm just focusing on the music, while X number of tasks try to flood into my mind! Sometimes I look at the trees across the window (give my eyes some green peace). That usually gives me a hard reset :D
