Personally, I can't work without my headphones. It's what helps me the most when I need to focus as I tend to listen to music or white noise when I’m working. It's an essential tool for me to be productive and efficient.

I would have to say Notion. At first I tough it was just adding extra unnecessary work for myself. But then I found that it was crusial to managing a team.
