The Almanack Of Naval Ravikant - This is not specifically on startup hacks or something, it is a good book to keep in hand. Every time I pick this book I am inspired to work on something.

Zero to One: Notes on Startups, or How to Build the Future
It HAS to be the Lean Startup by Eric Riess. It teaches the basics of how to build a startup, in a "lean" way. I've made a post on 5 things I've learnt from this book
