I think that the last past 5 years have been the best of my life. Cannot say the biggest regret because in retrospect, I would have felt the weight of importance differently, but I definitely should have started building an international community sooner. What about you, Sylvia?

Not having started earlier.

Being caught in the fear that it was too late. It truly is never too late to start or re-start!

Not seeing the future. We wanted to do what we are doing now even four years ago. Unfortunately, we only started about a year ago. This gave us very little breathing space and some of our competitors some safety cushion and an early-mover advantage.
