What do you love about working at a startup?

not having to report every single task for everything. always busy busy busy!

For me, it is creating something new from the stretch, meeting new people, and sharing/transferring knowledge.

For me it's that no 2 days are the same. You don't just feel like you are a cog in the wheel and you get to see the results of your hard work pretty quickly. Also that you don't get trapped in a box, in early stage start-ups its all hands on deck.

I love the fact that at a startup, failure is not seen as a setback but rather as a stepping stone towards success. It's a culture of experimentation and learning from mistakes, and that's what keeps me going 🚀🤘

For me it is having dynamic work days, no work days are the same, you are creating something from the scratch and watching it blossom is one of the most rewarding feelings.

I love the motivation to create something that might change the world in a way we haven't imagined before!

Working at a startup is an incredibly exciting and rewarding experience. I love being part of a small team that works quickly, collaboratively, and with dedication to achieving our goals. Being in such a close-knit environment means that we can build trust, respect each other's skillset, and feel like a family. Additionally, the fast-paced atmosphere keeps my days varied and constantly stimulating as new projects are always on the horizon. Despite the long hours, I get an immense sense of pride when we finish projects successfully together or launch something important for our customers. It’s simply exhilarating to be part of something from the ground up and witness its growth first hand!

I love that we get to be the guinea pig for all the new ideas the founders or sometimes I come up with, no matter how far-fetched or untested! It's always a fun challenge to see if I can make them work. :)

Fully agree. Also, I love the dedication and enthusiasm of those smart scientists. For me : hopefully bringing some cool and effective therapies to patients is very exciting

understanding and solving problems from A to Z, including both engineering and business aspects. it helps young engineers grow fast and learn a lot of skills

Have experience in at least 2 starting-up manufacturing plants. It's challenging yet rewarding after putting in the systems and the people. I am now looking for a start up to join.
