I m still fairly new to Product Hunt, and one thing that surprised me is how quickly a product launch becomes messy.

You start with Product Hunt, then directories (+100s of them), SEO, GEO, outreach, ads, content, meetings, follow-ups and suddenly you re tracking everything across Notion, spreadsheets, notes, task managers, and random browser tabs.

I think a pitch deck is almost like a passport for a startup =)

It needs to contain all the important information about the business, but at the same time, it has to be presented in the right, clear, and aesthetic way.

I m realizing how difficult that balance actually is...

Too much information - nobody wants to read it.
Too little - the business isn't clear.
Too much design - the message gets lost.
Too little - it becomes just another boring document.
So, I have a lot of questions =D

For solo makers, wearing every hat is almost unavoidable - developer, marketer, support, product and often designer too.

AI makes this even easier now. You can generate UI pretty quickly, but a lot of products end up relying on consistent, polished AI-generated solutions rather than something truly unique or thoughtfully designed for their specific product.

So I m curious:

Do you design the UI/UX yourself when building solo?
