I recently joined a product team. Do you have any good ideas or experiences that speed up your adaptation to a new company, team?

Now since you've joined a product team, the best way to stand out is by being proactive. You should be doing a little more than you are asked or required to do (of course in a way that is beneficial for you, your team, and the company). Last not least, try to show your presence in a meeting and participate in it as much as possible.

Research about the business, the more you know the more you will stand out. Learn more about the business,  in-depth as well as the competitors, also try talking to all the stakeholders and ask them questions in general chat. Rule of thumb stay away from small talk.
