How does it affect Google's ranking? Does Google penalize AI-written content? What if we add human touch to it?
I know a few businesses had increased their rankings quickly within a month or so. What happened after was unpleasant as Google had a penalty on them to push rankings downwards.
Any experience with that?

I saw a recent case study on Linkedin where they tried to steal the traffic of their competitors by creating AI-generated article.
It did give them a boost in traffic, but declined harshly after that. Putting a human element in your articles will certainly help. Especially if the human facilitating the article has some experience in the topic, which helps with your E-E-A-T score.

I've heard they penalize AI written content but I'm sure it's based off of some score and if you add human touch it'll probably reduce it (just speculating)
