I usually hit the table tennis room at my office. Playing and laughing eases my head.

@manab_boruah Nice trick! and you also do some physical activity. Will add table tennis to my Wishlist. Can you play it on your own?

@aidai_zu remote working is fun most of the time. I am sure you would always choose remote over office.
Aida Zu
@manab_boruah Right! I love remote, it gives me flexibility and real work-life balance. But frankly speaking I would love to have a working buddy on my sight. Remote work is fun and real freedom, but it really can make you feel isolated.

I use app called Olo. It's based on positive mind wandering and spatial audio journeys instead of concentration meditation. I've tried to learn meditation but it felt like work, and I couldn't find one hour from hectic schedule for the practice. And that's exactly why I love Olo – it was easy to get started and use use anywhere even in the middle of the work day. 5 minute audio journey honestly feels like 60 minutes of rest.

@samulipehkonen Thanks for this recommendation! You're so right when say that meditation feels like work, when you're learning it. I just couldn't manage it. Let me check Olo.

One way to refresh the mind is to take breaks throughout the day. It's important to step away from work and engage in activities that can help clear your mind. This can include going for a walk, doing some exercise, or simply taking a few deep breaths.

Great question! πŸ˜† For me, seeing how veterans are doing on Twitter or Linkedin without thinking about it. But it's really helpful for refreshing and arranging my ideas.😁
Aida Zu
@joy_eom Oh, that sounds fun, who do you follow there?

Take rest. Rest can be different for different people. Some people: -Read -Watch YouTube -Hear Podcast -Watch Movies You can do whatever you want, but make sure that the quality of the content you are watching is excellent because to be creative, you will have to consume some great content for inspiration.

spiritual retreats with meditation, yoga, different practices without digital devices access to the internet
Aida Zu
@dmitriy_strukov Oh right no screen days, totally agree. How do you manage to take a break from Internet and devices? It's hard for me, even on weekends.
Dmytro Strukov
@aidai_zu It is more difficult to handle it by yourself, instead, it is easier to practice it and do it in a community of people. I do practice every 6-month spiritual retreat with a mentor and a group of people and practice from time to time by myself by changing location and going to other cities near nature, forests, and mountains.

Days off are really important. And Notion is good for a second brain, laying out all your ideas to clear your mind.
Aida Zu
@kwaku_amprako Notion is my must-have tool as well. Is there any fan club of Notion users in PH? I would love to join

The best things come to mind when you're not thinking about them. Do not force ideas to come, work on something else instead. For me, those ideas come when I am not thinking about them, they just pop out of nowhere. The trick is to put them down somewhere and start working once you are ready.
Aida Zu
@simona_stamatovska Thank you for this terrific advice! I've heard about this approach, but haven't tried it consciously
