Writing meaningful threads with personal touch is amazing way to grow.
Also, use lists!

Seems like soon all twitter will be about "how to start/grow" twitter :)
It really depends on the company.
Tweet things that your customers would be interested in. Could be advice, support, humour, whatever.
Do it without thinking about benefiting from it, otherwise it will feel transactional or a sales pitch.
Tweet about what happens inside the company too. Your internal discussions, failures, new insights. It makes the company more authentic and relatable

Here are 2 key elements you should keep in mind when starting your company Twitter: A) Be consistent: Most people start and do the thing for a few weeks, then stop because there is no success. B) Engage with large accounts and those who produce quality content. It's crucial. Nobody cares about you if you're new. You build your credibility by engaging with others. It's much more important than producing tweets/threads. Good luck with building your following! :)
