It really depends on the company. Tweet things that your customers would be interested in. Could be advice, support, humour, whatever. Do it without thinking about benefiting from it, otherwise it will feel transactional or a sales pitch. Tweet about what happens inside the company too. Your internal discussions, failures, new insights. It makes the company more authentic and relatable Good luck!
